Spring Bulbs
We planted hyacinth and tulip bulbs last week. We look forward to watching these grow over the coming months. We are observing a hyacinth bulb growing in a jar and are surprised at how quickly roots have appeared. Nature is amazing.

Edible Landscapes
We were delighted to welcome back Taragh Cosgrave from Edible Landscapes. Our 3rd and 4th classes weeded around our existing herbs and apple tree. They also planted lemon balm, honey berry and strawberry plants. We can't wait to sample the fruits of our labour!

Incredibles Edibles!
The weather has been fantastic this week. We were able to transplant our peas and beans to our raised beds. We will be busy weeding and watering for the next few weeks!

Plastic Bottle Return Bin
Thank you to the Parents Association who have organised the plastic bottle return bin as a fundraiser for the school. They have kindly undertaken to empty the bin on a regular basis. The Greenschools Committee are grateful for this initiative as we work towards our 10th Green flag. This scheme will raise funds for our school, reduce litter in our area and protect our environment. Planting Spring Bulbs

Potato Harvest
