Exploding Bag Experiment

We mixed vinegar and baking soda together in a zip-lock bag to see if there would be any reaction.

We put the baking powder in tissue and dropped it into the vinegar, sealing the bag very quickly.

We noticed that the bag began to inflate as the vinegar and baking soda reacted with each other. Then finally...BANG....the bag burst open!
