Today fifth and sixth class made a quiz game with a light that flashes to show the right answer. As electricity will only flow when there is a complete circuit, the correct answer is connected behind the card to the question; so if the correct answer is touched on the front of the card the bulb will light up. If the wrong answer is touched the bulb will not light up as there will not be a complete circuit. We then used a buzzer instead of a lightbulb to
complete the circuit. We worked in pairs and our quizzes were cross curricular, a wide range of topics, Capital cities, World War 1 , Gaeilge/ Béarla, Book Titles /Authors, Countries/Language and look Premier League players /Clubs.
